My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the onsen was absolutely worth the visit, providing a relaxing experience after long days of touring. The location was convenient with quick access to transportation and nearby restaurants. However, the room we initially received had a persistent smoking smell that I found hard to tolerate, and the check-in process could have been more accommodating. Overall, if you're after a great onsen experience, this hotel delivers, but be wary of room assignments.

The hotel presents a bit of a mixed bag. While the onsen experience is absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay, the check-in process felt quite convoluted, especially after a long drive. The rooms are notably tiny but clean and tidy. There are some nice dining options around and the breakfast is decent, but not spectacular. Overall, if you're looking for a unique onsen experience and can overlook a few quirks, it's worth considering.
Rooms
The rooms were quite small, making it a bit difficult to navigate, but they were clean and tidy. Rating: 6
Service
The check-in process was quite unhelpful and confusing, which was frustrating given our long journey, but once we settled in, the services were quite satisfactory. Rating: 5
Location
The location is decent, with easy access to a nearby train station, shops, and restaurants. However, it is a bit removed from the main attractions in Tokyo. Rating: 7
Dining
Breakfast was okay, but after a few days it felt a bit repetitive. There are a few solid dining options nearby, so it's easy to find something different. Rating: 6
Facilities
The onsen facilities were the standout feature, with a variety of pools and an outdoor area that really enhanced our experience. Rating: 9

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and was quite underwhelmed. The impressive lobby and quick check-in were nice, but the room was incredibly small with minimal space for luggage. The location is convenient for business but not ideal for leisure, and while the buffet had a good selection, the overall experience felt lacking for a hotel of this stature.

Location

While the hotel is close to the conference center, it's quite far from central Tokyo. The transit connections are decent but can be time-consuming.
Dining

The buffet dinner had a good selection of freshly made items, although it was quite pricey.
Facilities

The overall facilities are average; nothing particularly outstanding, and the hotel feels a bit dated.

This resort spa hotel offers a clean environment with decent amenities, though the rooms can feel quite cramped. The onsen is a standout feature and provides a relaxing experience after a day exploring. However, be prepared for crowded dining situations, especially during breakfast, which can be a bit chaotic. Overall, while it has its drawbacks, the onsen and convenient access to the train make it worth considering.

The rooms are very small, making it a challenge to move around, especially with luggage. They are clean but feel a bit squashed.
Service

Service was quite good and prompt, though there were language barriers that made communication challenging at times.

Breakfast was included, but the experience was quite stressful due to the number of guests and lack of organization during mealtimes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially because of its unbeatable proximity to the Makuhari Messe. The clean room was cozy enough for my luggage, and the shower was fantastic. The only downside was that the pillows could be more comfortable. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone attending events nearby, although the area lacks sightseeing options.
