Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the onsen was absolutely worth the visit, providing a relaxing experience after long days of touring. The location was convenient with quick access to transportation and nearby restaurants. However, the room we initially received had a persistent smoking smell that I found hard to tolerate, and the check-in process could have been more accommodating. Overall, if you're after a great onsen experience, this hotel delivers, but be wary of room assignments.
The hotel presents a bit of a mixed bag. While the onsen experience is absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay, the check-in process felt quite convoluted, especially after a long drive. The rooms are notably tiny but clean and tidy. There are some nice dining options around and the breakfast is decent, but not spectacular. Overall, if you're looking for a unique onsen experience and can overlook a few quirks, it's worth considering.
I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and was quite underwhelmed. The impressive lobby and quick check-in were nice, but the room was incredibly small with minimal space for luggage. The location is convenient for business but not ideal for leisure, and while the buffet had a good selection, the overall experience felt lacking for a hotel of this stature.
This resort spa hotel offers a clean environment with decent amenities, though the rooms can feel quite cramped. The onsen is a standout feature and provides a relaxing experience after a day exploring. However, be prepared for crowded dining situations, especially during breakfast, which can be a bit chaotic. Overall, while it has its drawbacks, the onsen and convenient access to the train make it worth considering.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially because of its unbeatable proximity to the Makuhari Messe. The clean room was cozy enough for my luggage, and the shower was fantastic. The only downside was that the pillows could be more comfortable. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone attending events nearby, although the area lacks sightseeing options.
